THE EXTERIOR
THE SWIMMING POOL
The villa’s swimming pool with free shape offers three areas : a swimming zone, a side with shallow water to sit and relax, and finally an amazing immersed bar with three rock seats to enjoy some cocktails during hot afternoons. On the side, a large terrace -with many long chairs and a huge bench and design tables- gives an incredible view on the lagoon. Further, you can refresh yourself under the impressive outdoor wood shower.
THE LIVING ROOMS
A large gazebo embellished by a banana plantation will welcome you and up to 12 guests around a massive table for the breakfasts, lunch or dinner. The led installation will allow you to set up the perfect ambiance thanks to different colours choices, and the place is nicely cooled by two fans. Next to the swimming pool, another cosy living room will be the right place to appreciate a drink with your loved ones. Behind, on a platform hidden in the palm and banana trees, two comfortable long chairs overlook the place. The terrace with a view on the lagoon also offers many seats to enjoy a sunset. Then, another three seats living room will offer you privacy next to the house.
THE KITCHEN
The outdoor kitchen proposes great spaces, with as a centerpiece a large bar surrounded by wood benches. You will find all the necessary and modern equipments, and a gas barbecue for the best lunches ever.
THE GARDEN
Probably the biggest pride of the villa, the garden is a real tropical masterpiece. From your arrival, various palm trees, flowers and exotic plants will follow you around the path, in front of each room and all behind the swimming pool. A real natural parenthesis giving a soothing atmosphere to your holidays.
THE FITNESS ROOM
From the swimming pool booth, you will access by stairs to an intimate basement dedicated to the fitness room. Filled with light thanks to few windows giving a close view on the lagoon, your gym sessions will never have been so pleasant. Treadmills, elyptic bikes and other professional devices for arms, thighs and abdominals await athletes.

Finally! The day has arrived. You have just landed in St. Maarten! It’s time to relax, swim, dine, shop, explore. We welcome you at the airport : the transfers to the villa and back are included !
